Job Title: Presales and Delivery Coordinator – Oracle EBS & Fusion

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales and Delivery Coordinator with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion to join our team in Dubai. This role requires an individual who is capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams to ensure smooth delivery and successful implementation of Oracle solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both presales and project delivery coordination, handling client relationships, project management, and Oracle solution expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Direct Field Sales & Customer onsite co-ordination activities
  • Collaborate along with Offshore counter part for Presales activities with practice team for solutioning, scoping, proposal reviews, estimate preparation
  • Assist the sales team in the development of proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and tenders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for prospective clients on Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and map them to appropriate Oracle solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support in the pre-sales phase to help win business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the delivery team, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Internal Weekly Project reviews with respect to scope, schedule & budget across all sub practices and for all types of projects
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation on Projects
  • Key Account Management - Build Customer relationship
  • Direct Customer escalation point on project deliveries
  • Resource forecast (Allocation & Acquisition) - Provide inputs and collaborate with Offshore counterpart
  • Work closely with the Oracle EBS and Fusion technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Manage the change management process, including handling project scope changes, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued business growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Act as the escalation point for any client concerns or challenges during the project.
  • Oversee the transition from delivery to ongoing support, ensuring the client is satisfied with the implemented Oracle solution.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and assistance during the post-implementation phase.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and future opportunities for the client.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion, with a focus on both presales and project delivery coordination. Should have ME working experience of 10+ years
  • Presales Expertise: Proven experience in working closely with sales teams to develop proposals, demonstrations, and business cases for Oracle solutions.
  • Project Management: Strong project coordination and management skills, with experience in managing end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS and Fusion solutions.
  • Oracle EBS & Fusion: In-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion modules, including but not limited to Financials, HRMS, SCM, and CRM.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and technical teams.
  • Client-Focused: Ability to manage client expectations and ensure successful solution delivery, balancing both business needs and technical requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to address and resolve issues proactively.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working in the Middle East or understanding of the regional business culture is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications in EBS or Fusion.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Experience with additional Oracle Cloud services is a plus.
