- Plan and execute sales activities to consistently meet or surpass individual revenue targets for each assigned event, fostering a steady increase in annual property revenue.
- Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients within assigned event categories, ensuring a strong rapport that drives recurring business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new clients, employing market research and networking to broaden the client base.
- Maintain and deepen connections with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively exploring opportunities for expanding services.
- Provide exceptional client service tailored to exceed client expectations, ensuring long-term client loyalty and consistent business retention.
- Actively solicit and integrate client feedback to continuously improve service quality and address evolving client needs effectively.
- Consistently adhere to organizational guidelines, code of conduct, and ethical standards, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Engage enthusiastically in any special projects or initiatives assigned by the reporting manager, demonstrating a commitment to the organizations mission and objectives while fostering innovation and teamwork.
