Cybersecurity Consultant - On-site

Role Overview:

As a Cybersecurity Consultant at AFNOYS, you will play a critical role in safeguarding digital infrastructures by designing, implementing, and managing advanced cybersecurity strategies. You will work directly with our clients and internal teams to assess risks, develop defense mechanisms, and ensure compliance with global standards. This position is ideal for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong client advisory skills. 

• Assess, design, and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and controls.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analyses.
• Develop and lead incident response strategies for potential breaches.
• Advise clients on compliance, data protection, and risk management.
• Integrate cybersecurity best practices into IT and cloud environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in cybersecurity consulting or SOC operations.
• Industry-recognized certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, CCSP, etc.).
• Proven expertise with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability tools.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations in UAE and GCC.

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Previous client-facing consulting experience with GCC enterprises.
• Advanced penetration testing and ethical hacking expertise.
• Ability to deliver security awareness training to technical and non-technical audiences.
