Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through efficiently handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and building strong customer relationships. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times. In addition, this role includes processing orders, tracking shipments, and updating customer accounts accurately in our system. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding inquiries, issues, or feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, solving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and track the status to ensure timely resolution.
  • Update customer accounts with relevant information and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Educate customers on product features, promotions, and services to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and shipping to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member for swift resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to continuously improve the customer service experience.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
