As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent service to our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints using established problem-solving skills.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, ensuring accuracy in communication records.
  • Provide customers with product and service information as requested.
  • Perform follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex inquiries to higher-level staff when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor under all circumstances.
  • Update customer account information and preferences in our database as necessary.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
