  • Advise on company information, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Track and document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and new product or service launches.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer management software and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail required.
  • Must have a strong organizational and time management capability.
