ThinkCapital is looking for a Content Creator (Japan) to develop engaging, localized content and manage our Japanese trader community. This is a fully remote role hired on full-time working hours, and the candidate can be based in any location — but industry experience and a deep understanding of the prop firm space are essential.

This role will focus on creating high-quality multimedia content (video, social media posts, and more) while also growing and engaging the trading community on platforms like LINE, Twitter (X), Discord,

The ideal candidate is a Japanese-native content marketer who understands the trading and prop firm industry. They should be passionate about educating, engaging, and expanding the ThinkCapital brand in Japan through creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop engaging, localized UGC content to promote ThinkCapital.
  • Produce YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks tailored to the Japanese trading audience.
  • Work with the JP marketing team to develop branded content that aligns with ThinkCapitals tone and messaging.
  • Optimize UGC content based on performance analytics and audience feedback.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor video content trends in Japanese trading communities, social media platforms, and industry news.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, shares, video views, channel growth) to refine strategy.
  • Track and report on community feedback and sentiment to improve ThinkCapitals positioning in Japan.
  • Stay updated on competitor strategies and market developments to keep ThinkCapital ahead.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese (native or bilingual proficiency) and strong English communication skills.
  • 2+ years of content creation and social media management,
  • Strong knowledge of Japans trading, forex, or prop firm industry.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing, graphic design, and social media tools.
