Client Retention Representative

We are looking for a professional and experienced Client Retention Representative to join an industry leader in domestic services in the UAE. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of administration, communicating with both management and clients, ensuring continual improvement in customer satisfaction. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Drive contract renewals by ensuring timely follow-ups, reducing cancellations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage customer service and after-sales care, addressing client needs promptly to support long-term retention.
• Identify and escalate to management any risks, challenges, or compliance issues related to contracts, legal requirements, or client obligations.
• Oversee quality assurance of visa and contract processes, ensuring efficiency, service continuity, and client satisfaction.
• Recommend solutions to complex client or process issues using analytical thinking and prioritization to support business decisions and improve customer experience.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on contract status, renewals, cancellations, and payments for senior management.

Required Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in UAE

Required Skills:

• Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability 
• Sharp eye for attention to detail
• Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations using tools like MS Office and other reporting software.
