About the Role

TehriHills is looking for a passionate and motivated Cybersecurity Associate to join our IT Security & Cloud Infrastructure team in Dehradun, India. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in cybersecurity, cloud operations, and enterprise IT security management.

You will gain hands-on exposure to security operations, threat analysis, cloud administration, and compliance frameworks, while working in a fast-paced consulting environment supporting global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Operations

• Perform vulnerability assessments and security scans across cloud systems.
• Support patch management and security updates for systems and applications.
• Assist in security monitoring using SIEM tools and cloud security platforms.
• Participate in incident detection, analysis, and response activities.

Cloud & Identity Administration

• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in cloud environments.
• Assist with cloud service provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
• Support network security controls (firewalls, VPNs, security groups).
• Ensure compliance with company security policies.

Infrastructure & Process Support

• Maintain cloud-based infrastructure and IT systems.
• Document procedures, incidents, and security best practices.
• Contribute to automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for repetitive tasks.
• Support backup and disaster recovery operations.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA or equivalent).
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills

• Cloud Fundamentals – basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Identity & Access Management – understanding of user and permission models.
• Networking Basics – VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Security Tools – familiarity with vulnerability scanners or SIEM tools preferred.
• Operating Systems – working knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
• Scripting – basic knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or Bash is a plus.
