Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our Scent Consumer Fragrances division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fragrance industry, supporting the Marketing Team in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about fragrances, trends, and consumer behavior, and is eager to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Client Support

• Contribute to the development of marketing solutions tailored to client projects, with a focus on
  
  

showcasing our fragrance offerings.

• Assist in the creation of compelling customer presentations, including:
• Market intelligence insights
• Olfactory pyramids
• Visual and analytical slide content
• Meeting room setup and logistics
• Coordination and organization of market samples
  
  

Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Generate, update, and share regional and category-specific market intelligence:
• Country/category market reviews
• New product launch reports
• Monthly/quarterly newsletters
• Data analysis and periodic performance summaries
• Conduct ongoing market watch and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and shifts in
  
  

consumer preferences.

• Monitor portfolio evolution and brand strategies across key markets.
  
  

Sample & Library Management

• Manage stock and logistics of market samples for new launches and client-specific projects.
• Maintain and update the market sample product library to ensure accessibility and relevance.
  
  

Project Coordination

• Provide regular updates and feedback on ongoing marketing projects.
• Collaborate with Scent Design Managers to gather olfactive insights and support the
  
  

commercial teams to gain market insights.
