This role focuses on maintaining accurate licensing records, document management, updating digital dashboards, and ensuring efficient data tracking and reporting to support regulatory compliance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Licensing Support:

  • Review submitted intake forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update licensing records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document management of Licencing Processes and Procedures.

Database & Record-Keeping

  • Update and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate reports on licensing activities for internal and external stakeholders.

Dashboard Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update licensing dashboards to track application statuses and renewals.
  • Generate reports and visual data summaries to support decision-making within the Licensing Department.
  • Ensure data accuracy by regularly reviewing and verifying dashboard entries.
  • Assist in developing automated workflows and alerts for pending applications and license expirations.

Customer Service

  • Respond to queries from applicants and license holders where necessary in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support, data management, or records administration.
  • Proficiency in MS365 (inc Excel, Forms, Sharepoint, Visio, PowerBI), other data visualization tools, and database systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
