Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to offer integrated business solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and feedback reports.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and knowledge base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to educate clients on market trends.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of advice and adjust strategies as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Set up Advisor Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of local and international business setup procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of business intelligence tools.
