Business Development Manager - Loan

The Business Development Manager – Loan is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing clients for retail and commercial loan products. This role focuses on expanding the bank or financial institution's loan portfolio by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored lending solutions. The position demands a strategic approach to lead generation, market penetration, and performance tracking to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers for personal, auto, home, and business loan products.
