A Business Development Manager (Advertiser) plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of a company through strategic planning, sales management, and client relationship development. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate advertising contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Monitor advertising industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and track sales activities and progress through CRM tools for reporting purposes.

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in business development practices and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or advertising sales.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
