Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team, focusing on new business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consultancy, with a passion for identifying and capturing new business opportunities. As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in evaluating business processes, developing strategies for business growth, and implementing solutions that enhance company performance. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide insights and strategies for innovation and expansion. With excellent communication and analytical skills, you will be instrumental in facilitating workshops, conducting market analysis, and driving projects from inception to completion.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster growth through strategic planning.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans for clients considering expansion or new ventures.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify client needs and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business development initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics to anticipate trends and advise on emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and networks to support continual business growth.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and insights to guide innovative solutions.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Support the development and maintenance of CRM systems for client data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in business consultancy or a similar business development role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess and solve business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines successfully.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including CRM systems and databases.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends, particularly in new businesses.
