Job Scope

The Business Analyst is accountable for providing a local and customized approach that generates impactful insights with data-driven trends and action-oriented recommendations. S/He collaborates with internal departments to assess current/new business opportunities and improve sales productivity and revenues

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s business intelligence needs by gathering data, assessing risks, preparing relevant reports and trend analysis in coordination with the direct manager;
• Assist in the development of the yearly/quarterly business plan, lead weekly meetings and challenge Country and Territory Managers while documenting processes and procedures;
• Support with monitoring internal sales trends and forecasts and conduct a gap analysis report versus budget;
• Assist management in preparing monthly/quarterly business reviews and RFPs;
• Participate in data and report interpretation, design and implement dashboards and interactive reports related to processes and performance through the existing BI and CRM tools;
• Provide functional communication and detailed analysis focusing on delivering positive sales, customer and partner experience;
• Interface with the back-office team to ensure alignment between sales, marketing and finance processes;
• Manage assigned business-focus projects, research and propose ideas/solutions to the management team;
• Evaluate internal processes, identify opportunities for improvement and propose recommendations to management;
• Support in preparing presentations and business case reports;
• Monitor closely the pipeline, backlog, billing process and inventory levels and recommend corrective actions;
• Liaise with vendors on various operational requirements in order to secure proper and smooth deployment;
• Put available systems into practice (Salesforce for registration management) for output efficiency and standardization.
