Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a real estate sales position.
  • Valid real estate license applicable in the state of operation.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and satisfied clients.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
