Business Analyst

Key Job Functions

• Analyze sales, category, and line performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to enhance business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Provide insights to analyze and optimize promotions and product launches.
• Conduct customer analytics, including performing relevant customer analysis using RFM frameworks, deriving marketing ROI, and executing cohort analysis for retail customers.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the retail industry.
