Job Description

In this pivotal role as a Business Analyst, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders to uncover and address business needs and challenges within our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements of internal and external clients and stakeholders, identifying areas of improvement, and facilitating data-driven decisions. As a bridge between IT and the business, you will ensure the development and implementation of technology-based solutions are in line with strategic goals. Your comprehensive understanding of business operations and exceptional communication skills will enable you to translate business demands into functional specifications. You will also play an integral role in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while providing insights through data analytics. This role will require you to be detail-oriented, possess a strong analytical mindset, and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and document business processes.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications clearly understood by technology teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between business units, IT teams, and external partners.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business goals and strategic objectives of the organization.
• Develop and present insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
• Assist in project management tasks, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
• Create detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test plans.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that business requirements are met by the proposed solution.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective implementation and usage of new systems.
• Regularly review and assess new technologies to identify potential benefits and risks.
• Support change management practices to ensure smooth transition during project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for understanding complex processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience working with data analytics tools and methodologies beneficial.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as JIRA or Trello.
