Business Analyst

As a business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the business. Your primary focus will be to ensure that business requirements are identified, analyzed, and translated into technical documentation for the development team. You will engage with stakeholders at various levels, facilitating discussions to understand their needs, and developing effective solutions that align with business goals. This multifaceted role requires a mix of analytical and communication skills, as you will be tasked with understanding complex systems and processes, and interpreting data to drive data-driven decision making. An individual in this role must be detailed-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The business analyst will also work closely with project managers and product owners to ensure project deliverables are met within scoped time and resources.

• Develop and maintain user stories, process flows, and other key project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report project progress.
• Identify and assess business risks and challenges, providing strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment in understanding of project goals.
• Assist in quality assurance processes including testing and validation of software solutions.
• Drive innovation by recommending improvements and enhancements to systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding and experience with data analysis and business process modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Visio or Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
