BIM Modeler - MEP

Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced BIM Modeler – MEP with a strong background in building construction projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed MEP models to support project design, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage MEP BIM models using Revit and other relevant BIM software.

Collaborate with architectural, structural, and site teams to ensure full coordination of all MEP services.

Conduct clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks.

Generate coordinated shop drawings and ensure model accuracy based on design updates.

Adhere to project BIM standards and ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems in UAE-based construction projects.

Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination tools.

Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the context of high-rise/residential or commercial buildings.
