For our office in Dubai, we are looking for

BIM Modeler - Hydrology and Drainage - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in drainage and hydrology design. They should be skilled in Civil 3D, Revit, and BIM tools, able to create accurate 3D models, drawings, and visualizations, and work well with engineers and designers to meet project requirements on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for hydrology and drainage systems in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate model representation and integration across disciplines.
• Prepare construction drawings, cross sections, and visualizations from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, modeling standards, and data accuracy.
• Support clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and coordination processes using BIM tools
  
  

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in drainage and hydrology design.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, and other BIM tools relevant to infrastructure design.
• Familiarity with hydrology and stormwater design concepts is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
