About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Will ensure that the correct beverages are dispensed from the bar as per the KOTs.
• Follows the standard operating procedures given, every time.
• Will always be punctual and report on duty as scheduled in the duty roster.
• Takes immediate action when service is requested and helps colleagues without prompting.
• Is adept at responding to all guest requests with a positive “YES” and then takes the necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction.
• To give a very elegant, warm and personalized service to the guest.
• Uses guest’s name at least twice during delivering and pick up. Immediately bring to the attention of the manager if a guest is not satisfied.
• Co-ordinate preparation and delivery of orders with kitchen staff when assigned to.
• Serves with a smile and follows the standards and sequence of service.
