Job Details

A major international law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly ranked Funds & Asset Management team in the Middle East. The practice is recognised for advising on the structuring, establishment and regulation of funds across a wide range of asset classes and domiciles and has a strong reputation in both sponsor and investor-side work.

The Role

• Advise on fund structuring and formation, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating PPMs, partnership agreements, subscription agreements and ancillary documentation.
• Support sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and family offices on fund investments, co-investments and separately managed accounts.
• Act on joint ventures, bespoke hybrid structures and cross-border fund-of-one arrangements, including anchor investor mandates.
• Develop expertise across major fund jurisdictions, including ADGM, DIFC, Cayman, Luxembourg, Delaware and Guernsey.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 3–7 years’ PQE with experience in funds and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of private fund structures and market trends, including negotiation points on fund investments and co-investments.
• Familiarity with limited partnership agreements and related contractual documentation.
• Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and innovative structures.
• Excellent academic record and international outlook.
