Job Description

An Assistant Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the brand and reaching out to existing and prospective customers. The position involves creating strategic marketing plans under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, implementing marketing campaigns, and managing various channels of communication to reinforce marketing strategies. The Assistant Marketing Manager must possess a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behavior to drive effective marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve set business goals. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and propose improvements.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and track spending to ensure cost-effective strategies.
  • Support the organization of promotional events and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with segmented and targeted information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
