Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager will oversee accounting operations across multiple Group entities, while also managing month-end reporting, financial performance analysis, strategic insights, and treasury activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end processes for accounting, budgeting and reporting for all entities within the Group
  • Establish financial policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Supervising team members' work and ensuring the correct accounting treatments are applied
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in accordance to IFRS standards
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
  • Analyse financial data and performance metrics to support strategic management decisions
  • Responsible for cash management and cost-efficiencies across the entities

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional accounting qualification (from a recognized accounting body) preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ accounting experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ management experience desired
  • Full English proficiency is required; German proficiency is an advantage
  • Strong in IFRS knowledge and UAE tax laws
  • Strong analytical skills as well as process oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior working knowledge in ERP systems is beneficial
