About The Role

We are currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support one of our Tier 1 corporate clients in Dubai. This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day facilities management services, while also supporting small projects, snagging and fit-out works.

You will work closely with the Account Director to manage suppliers, oversee health and safety compliance, and provide operational support to ensure a first-class workplace experience. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage confidently with both clients and vendors are essential.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Support daily FM operations across hard and soft services.
• Oversee minor projects and fit-out works, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage supplier performance and compliance with contractual standards.
• Support reporting, audits, and budget management.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries, providing proactive solutions.
• Lead on-site health and safety initiatives and inspections.
  
  

• Proven experience in facilities management, ideally with fit-out/project management exposure.
• IOSH certification is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain service excellence.
