Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivational support.
  • Analyze regional market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the windows and doors market.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize regional promotional activities.
  • Oversee customer feedback collection to improve products and services.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and develop counter-strategies to retain market share.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational sales policies and procedures.
  • Implement training programs to enhance team productivity and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales forecasts, orders, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales management, preferably in windows and doors.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required by the role.
