As the Application and Infrastructure Partner, you will execute the Emirates Group digital learning applications and infrastructure strategy through creating the architecture that enables our employees access on-demand solutions. You will also administer, configure, and maintain the learning systems, ensuring seamless operation, accurate data management, and integration of digital learning content

In This Role, You Will

• Responsible for executing the Emirates Group digital learning and talent applications and platforms strategy, in alignment with business requirements.
• Ensure all applications and platform solutions create an accessible, seamless, consistent and current user experience.
• Work closely with broader Digital and L&T teams to ensure complete alignment of learning solutions with platform capabilities, offering a smooth and effective service to the business.
• Maintain an active awareness of applications and digital platform activities across the broader business, collaborating with IT, partner providers and vendors to ensure alignment and integration/ migration of digital learning technologies with existing technology architecture and operations at the Group.
• Ensure digital experiences are accessible at the moment of need and in a consumable and easy-to-use form.
• Maintain a level subject matter expertise on digital learning platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on digital learning technology trends.
• Continuously scan the digital landscape to identify new global trends and best practices in platform, tools and technology use.
• Work cross functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
  
  

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field
• Progressive experience in a digital learning role
• Minimum 3+ years of developing applications & working with digital learning platforms
