As a Key User – Anura Demand Planning, you will play a pivotal role in the transition to OMP 2.0 as part of the Anura project. You will be the go-to expert for Demand planning systems, working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the team on the project.

Your mission is to ensure a smooth transition to the new planning platform while optimizing current systems (SAP and OMP) for operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the process complexity across our product portfolio. Your insights and system expertise will help shape the future of Demand planning in the region.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about planning systems like SAP and OMP.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, and Demand planning.
  • Strong understanding of local and regional FMCG or dairy operations.
  • HBO-equivalent working/thinking level (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
  • Proficient in SAP, Power BI, BW, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills in English (French or local languages are a plus).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key user and systems expert for SAP and OMP within the Anura project.
  • Lead the transition to OMP 2.0, including testing, validation, sign-off Sprint and UAT tests.
  • Collaborate with Demand planners, production teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
  • Represent MENA OpCo in global and regional planning system discussions as may be required.
  • Provide input on system design, configuration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support change management and ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Work with the cluster SME to customize global training materials/working instructions and end user training.
  • Check and ensure clean master data as part of the entry criteria for deployment.
  • Support SME in improvement projects and follow up with business where needed.
  • Guide operational teams through systems changes.
  • Gather local system needs and ensure these are enabled in the new system.
  • Keep local operational teams updated and involved in changes and new systems.
