Join our dynamic team as an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist where you will play an integral role in managing and enhancing customer relationships by overseeing air logistics activities. Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer queries related to air logistics operations promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate any delays or issues to clients.
  • Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on customer service operations and metrics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models and logistics requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies in air logistics.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on air logistics innovations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through trust and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in air logistics or a customer service-focused role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and customer relationship management tools.
