AI Workflow Engineer

We are looking for an AI Workflow Engineer to design and implement a system that automates the generation and deployment of ad creatives at scale. The system will transform raw inputs such as VSL transcripts, scripts, or campaign concepts into ready-to-launch ad creatives, including image ads in formats like cartoon explainer graphics and native ads. The goal is to streamline the creative pipeline, automate winning-ad replication, and integrate seamlessly with ad platforms for rapid deployment. This is a contract role with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement an AI-powered workflow that converts VSL transcripts and scripts into scalable ad creatives.
• Develop natural language processing (NLP) pipelines to extract key hooks, angles, and messaging from long-form content.
• Automate the creation of multiple ad strategies (cartoon explainer ads, congruent primaries, template variations, and winner multiplication).
• Integrate AI image generation tools (Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL·E, or similar) for producing creative visuals.
• Build scalable variation systems to replicate and adapt high-performing ads across campaigns.
• Connect workflow outputs to ad platforms such as Meta and TikTok, enabling one-click deployment.
• Ensure outputs meet creative, compliance, and formatting standards of performance marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflow efficiency and align with direct-response marketing goals.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in workflow automation using Python, Node.js, APIs, and platforms such as Zapier or Make.com.
• Experience with AI image generation and prompt engineering for scalable creative output.
• Solid background in natural language processing and text parsing, with the ability to extract marketing-relevant insights from transcripts.
• Familiarity with direct-response marketing psychology, ad creative testing frameworks, and campaign optimization strategies.
• Experience working with ad tech integrations and performance marketing pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and systems design skills.
• Ability to deliver a robust, production-ready solution within project timelines.
• Mid-level to expert-level experience in AI automation, workflow engineering, or ad tech development.
