The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role within our organization, tasked with supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of handling various tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the office. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will manage both internal and external communications, serving as the linchpin between different departments, and assisting in special projects. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily administrative activities of the office.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interdepartmental communications.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of office policies.
  • Provide clerical support to senior management and other team members.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments effectively.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all business processes.
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of office equipment and supply inventories.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executives.
  • Support in the preparation and execution of special projects and events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in administrative coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
