Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor project budgets and provide cost analysis for franchise and corporate service projects.

• Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filings, and financial reporting standards.

• Reconcile bank statements and review financial transactions for accuracy.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and management for annual audits.

• Provide financial insights to support business strategy and expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in consultancy, franchise, or corporate services).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-project or multi-entity accounting.

• Knowledge of franchise business financial models.

• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
