Job Description

The Account Support Associate plays a crucial role in providing administrative assistance and managing clients' inquiries to ensure seamless service delivery. This role involves acting as a bridge between the clients and the organization, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of client queries and issues. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. They should be capable of juggling various tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. As an Account Support Associate, you will work closely with senior account managers to help execute client requests and ensure client satisfaction. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing and maintaining strong customer relationships that foster customer loyalty and contribute to the brand’s success.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
  • Assist in resolving clients' complaints and provide solutions to address issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of company products and services to assist clients better.
  • Prepare regular reports on account activity and present them to senior management.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and software tools.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure quick and efficient handling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by providing customer insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with account management team to streamline operational processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all privacy guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment yet manage tasks independently.
  • A keen attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in all tasks performed.
