Job Description

As an Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with precision and timely solutions, and delivering strategies to drive account growth. Your role as an Account Supervisor requires a blend of leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, and tailoring services to meet these demands. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of projects, surpassing client expectations and delivering exceptional value. Your expertise in managing teams and developing comprehensive account plans will contribute significantly to the success and growth of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account managers to deliver superior client services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within client territories to broaden reach.
  • Coordinate and lead regular client meetings to review performance and strategy.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet clients’ needs and budget limits.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
  • Monitor account performance and implement improvements to exceed metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and delivering results effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software with strong organizational skills.
