Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with retail partners and distributors to optimize product placement and promotions.
  • Design and implement in-store marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales conversion.
  • Manage trade marketing budget efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Conduct regular field visits to oversee promotional activities and gather insights.
  • Develop sales tools and presentations to support field execution and training.
  • Monitor competitor activities and formulate strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Utilize feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve trade marketing initiatives.
  • Report on the performance of trade marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels within the industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business needs and field visits.
