We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Broker - Off-Plan Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about real estate, have a deep understanding of the off-plan market, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and guiding them to suitable off-plan properties.

  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, including upcoming projects, developers, and investment opportunities.

  • Property Consultation: Provide detailed consultations to clients regarding off-plan projects, including pricing, payment plans, developer reputation, and ROI analysis.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.

  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

  • Documentation Support: Assist clients with paperwork and guide them through the process of purchasing off-plan properties.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and administrative teams to maximize exposure and streamline the sales process.


 


Requirements Experience:



  • Proven track record in real estate sales, specifically in off-plan properties.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.


Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).



  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

  • License: A valid RERA license or willingness to obtain one.

  • Personal Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
