Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Female African national to join our team as a Sales Assistant at MEDIGATE Equipment Trading LLC, a Dubai-based medical equipment trading company. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and knowledgeable about African markets, customer behavior, and trade practices. This role is central to our Africa-focused sales strategy and requires strong communication and coordination skills. Experience in the medical field is preferred.

Requirements:

 • Female candidate of African nationality

 • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferred)

 • Experience in the medical field (preferred)

 • Strong organizational and communication skills

 • Comfortable working in a multicultural team

 • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools

 • Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

 • Communicate with African clients and distributors via email, phone, and WhatsApp

 • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales proposals

 • Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and order processing

 • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and handle all sales documentation

 • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for shipping and delivery to African countries

 • Support Africa-focused marketing campaigns and follow up on leads by

 • Build and maintain strong client relationships with cultural awareness and professionalism

 • Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
