Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, management, and reporting within our Real Estate and Leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, leasing, and property management, coupled with excellent analytical and leadership skills to support strategic growth and ensure financial integrity. Responsible for managing all Finance related activities as well as maintaining a healthy level of ADG’s financial position and cash flow.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Formulation

  • Develop the objectives & KPIs for the Division, monitor the operating results, and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk and make accurate decisions.

Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for real estate projects and leasing portfolios.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to optimize profitability and cash flow.
  • Monitor key financial metrics related to property performance and leasing activities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure ADG’s cashflow level is maintained to always support the group’s operations.
  • Prepare all financial reports like P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Income Statement etc.

Budget & Cost Control

  • Develop the Division’s annual budget and ensure maintaining costs and expenditures within the set budget.

Investment & Asset Management

  • Support investment decisions through financial due diligence and valuation analysis.
  • Track property performance and recommend strategies for value enhancement.
  • Review and select the investment strategies to be implemented by ADG while taking into consideration cash and liquidity risks.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify financial risks related to property acquisitions, leasing, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct the risk management analysis activities performed by the Finance Division through analyzing the liabilities and investments of the group.

People Management

  • Identify the manpower requirements for the Division and ensure hiring a highly professional and knowledgeable workforce.
  • Identify the training needs of employees and ensure training & development initiatives are successfully delivered and provide feedback to the Direct Manager. Delegate responsibilities and assign tasks to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks and work-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Chartered Accountant, ACCA certifications, CMA CFA, or any other professional certification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on real estate, leasing, or property management.
  • Proficiency in financial ERP (e.g., YARDI) would be an advantage.
