Entertainment Manager | MAF Entertainment | Operations

ROLE SUMMARY

The role of the Manager is to provide leadership, and operational direction to team members across Leisure, Entertainment and Cinema assigned site/s. This role will ensure optimal customer experience is delivered consistently while protecting LEC brands, guidelines, and monitoring business costs. Role Details

ROLE PROFILE

• Oversees site operations, ensuring alignment with SOPs, MAF policies, legal regulations, and operational budgets, while coordinating audits and managing site reporting and reviews.
• Maintains a strong customer-centric focus by resolving escalations, conducting feedback reviews (e.g., NPS), and implementing service excellence standards.
• Leads, mentors, and supports staff through coaching, training, performance management, succession planning, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Supports the launch and expansion of sites by validating operations, ensuring service readiness, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with HSE teams to enforce safety standards, inspect compliance, identify risks, and promote a culture of safety.
• Oversees financial activities including budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, and ensuring EBITDA and net profit targets are met.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders to align site initiatives, programs, and services with business goals and quality expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6–8 years of operational experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role within Leisure & Entertainment, F&B, customer service, retail, or hospitality, with a track record of team leadership and customer service excellence.
• Willing to perform ad hoc duties, work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, holidays), and travel occasionally to support new openings.
• Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, time management, financial and legal acumen, strategic implementation, and cultural awareness.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer experience, adhering to brand standards, and acting as a MAF and LEC Culture Ambassador
• Supports achievement of sales and EBITDA targets, manages OPEX, and implements capital plans to ensure effective site maintenance and operations. Ask ChatGPT
• Experienced in crisis management and emergency evacuation procedures, with relevant training (e.g., PIC 3, IOSH MS, NEBOSH), and capable of supporting regional projects when needed.
