3D Designer / Visualizer (225-819)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer / Visualizer to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Designer / Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and renderings that communicate our projects' vision effectively. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the designs meet the required specifications and aesthetic goals. Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings to support project visions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design concepts and presentations.
• Create and edit textures, lighting, and atmospheres for realistic renderings.
• Participate in design discussions and offer creative solutions for 3D presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of 3D design trends and software tools.
• Ensure all 3D designs adhere to project specifications and aesthetic guidelines.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and multimedia content for client meetings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure design quality and consistency across all projects.
• Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets for future projects and team use.
• Coordinate with project teams to align 3D designs with project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, or related field required.
• Proven experience with 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max or Blender.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, lighting, and texture creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail and timelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Experience with VR/AR technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
