Job Description
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to source candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for further evaluation by the recruitment team.
- Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate records.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the recruitment process.
A successful HR Sourcing Specialist should have:
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing techniques.
- A competitive salary package of approximately AED 48,600 to AED 59,400 annually.
