  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions for improved service.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for joinery tools and accessories preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive sales team.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client locations and industry trade shows.
