Workplace Trainer Munawala

Synopsis:

The workplace trainers primary responsibility is the design and delivery of training and assessment in the the classroom and workplace environment as required by EASG and stakeholders. Further responsibilities for the role will be to contribute to the ongoing development of training/ assessment resources to respond to changing operational, industry and regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality training and assessment in the classroom and workplace environment
• Provide subject matter expertise input to the design and development of designated technical training content and learning resource materials for ongoing delivery of training and assessment
• Collate and analyse relevant training and assessment data and prepare performance and competency achievement reports
• Record, report and dispatch all training and assessment documentation in line with business and quality requirements
• Collaborate with Workplace Coaches to ensure effective on job training, coaching and assessment of learners against competency standards
• Maintain subject matter expertise and training and assessment competencies
  
  

Education & Experience

• Workplace Trainer or related Qualification
• Minimum 2-3 years experience of in Ground /Cargo Operations
