Position Objective
The Clinical App Specialist main objective is to grow continuously Getinge Critical Care Products as a primary responsibility and to use all resources within the team to promote Getinge Offering within the assigned product portfolio.
Being the product owner, the Clinical App Specialist work throughout the value chain with objective of achieving revenue, profit and mitigate financial risks.
The Clinical App Specialist is fully responsible alongside the Territory Manager for the sales results for the assigned product portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Lead and support clinical trials, collect product usage data, and analyze outcomes to align with customer needs and market demands.
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and reference hospitals to enhance brand positioning.
Plan and execute marketing and scientific events such as product launches, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
Provide clinical and application support throughout the sales process, including tenders, demonstrations, and training.
Align global product strategies with local market requirements and contribute to market research and competitor analysis.
Deliver educational programs for customers, partners, and internal teams; identify and develop clinical speakers and advocates.
Handle product-related feedback, ensure quality follow-up, and support logistics and complaint resolution.
Work closely with the sales team, support clinically and infuse innovative ideas around total cost of ownership and alike to secure successful deal closing
Qualification (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy / anesthesia technology or any other medical related.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical application within medical equipment sales, with strong familiarity in life support devices used in ICU and OR settings.
Ensure compliance with local governmental regulations and maintaining honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
Must have good marketing knowledge.
Strong in-depth product knowledge.
Results driven with a good sense of business acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities
Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills; self- motivated and directed to achieve assigned goals. Fluent in English.
Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to travel extensively
Ability to enhance teamwork and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
Analytical thinking, proactive, result and quality oriented.
