Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to support the development of our employees' skills and knowledge. As a Trainer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs, create engaging and interactive learning materials, and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually. You will also assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve content to ensure maximum impact. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for learning and development, and the ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with the organization's objectives and employee development needs.
  • Conduct training sessions on various topics such as employee onboarding, soft skills, leadership development, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and track training participation and progress of employees to ensure completion of training requirements.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and skill development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to incorporate into training programs.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
  • Support the Learning & Development team in other related projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, organizational development, or related field
  • Certification in training and development (e.g. CPLP, CPTM)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
