Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads and manages the recruitment function of the organization, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top-tier talent. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, working closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. A key responsibility is building a strong employer brand and optimizing sourcing methods to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

• Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Develop talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies.

• Optimize use of job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.

• Maintain and report recruitment KPIs and analytics to senior leadership.

• Enhance employer branding to attract top talent.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.

• Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.

• Stay current on labor legislation and market trends to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including team leadership.

• Deep understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience managing high-volume or specialized hiring campaigns.

• Proficiency in data analysis and recruitment metrics.
