Job Description

The Strategy & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization by spearheading key initiatives that drive market expansion and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic acumen and marketing expertise, developing and executing strategies that enhance our competitive position. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, ensuring profitable growth and brand strength. This role requires an individual who is both analytical and creative, capable of leading strategic marketing initiatives from concept through execution. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis, and brand management, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify opportunities for increased market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
  • Analyze competitive landscape to guide marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning and messaging.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are implemented within budget and deadlines are met.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of strategies with key performance indicators.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster development and performance.
  • Identify and implement innovative marketing approaches to reach target audiences.
  • Guide the preparation and presentation of strategic plans to executive leadership.
  • Develop partnerships with external agencies and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends in the marketing and strategy domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy and marketing roles is essential.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and consumer data.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for collaboration.
  • Experience with digital marketing and data-driven strategy formulation is an advantage.
