Job Description

The Sr Manager - Operations & Supply Chain is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations within a company. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the supply chain functions efficiently and cost-effectively, while also meeting the company’s quality standards and service delivery expectations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization and efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of supply chain operations and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in supply operations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable sourcing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive cost reductions and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Handle negotiations and contract management with key suppliers and partners.
  • Manage and mentor a team of supply chain and operations professionals.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and address supply chain disruptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in operations and supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in supply chain contexts.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and related technologies.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
